Welcome to Columbia River Occupational Health!

Columbia River Occupational Health (CROH) is a full service Occupational Health resource for Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon. As specialists in Occupational Medicine, we provide medical care for workers who have been injured on the job and are covered through worker's compensation insurance. We work with employers to stay current and in compliance with the regulations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Oregon OSHA (OR-OSHA), and/or the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Administration (WISHA). We are able to perform all the regulated surveillance exams as required by these organizations. We also work with employers to assess potential and current employees as to their ability to perform their jobs with pre-placement, fit for duty, and return to work examinations.

If the employee falls under the drug testing regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT) or if the employer has a Drug-Free Workplace policy in place, CROH has certified collectors for urine drug tests and breath alcohol testing. We have Medical Review Officer (MRO) services on site that can work closely with the employer and the employee.

CROH is able to provide medical certification for Commercial Driver's License (CDL) holders as well as for all classes (1st, 2nd and 3rd) for aircraft pilots.

Travelers to tropical or "third world" parts of the globe can receive health and safety counseling, immunizations including Yellow Fever, and preventive medications at CROH as part of our Travel Medicine program.
